I reached out with the 'I believe my account was hacked' selection that they have purpose for the e-mail where they quickly responded back with : ' Hi, I then reached out to Snapchat with the ONLY way they have for their consumers and customers to reach out to them which is by E-mail on their website (They don't even have a number for us to call when something isn't working with their app).
So I changed my password through my phone number on the account and it kept saying the same thing with my new passwords. When I tried logging back into my account it kept saying 'incorrect username or password' in red. I was using snapchat earlier that day when they logged me out. Since yesterday they have deactivated my account.
I have been using the same ONE and ONLY account I have had with snapchat since the beginning when they first launched.
